Lake Skatutakee is many things to many people—a cool swim on a hot afternoon, a peaceful paddle, an exhilarating ski, a bird-watcher’s paradise, and a spectacular view. However, our lake’s value is not just in its beauty or recreation. Many of us are piped in to shower, wash dishes, and flush. And others count on the water table being high enough to keep our dug wells plentiful. In addition, the lake provides us with security through the unique value of our property.

Your annual membership dues help to keep Lake Skatutakee clean and healthy. We meet once a year on the second Saturday in July.

Your membership contributes to

1. Water-quality assessments of our lake three times every summer,

2. Implementation of our Lake Host Program, ensuring that we stay clear of invasive species, and

3. Maintaining smooth operation and state compliance of our dam.
